Q My daughter owns a leasehold flat in London and up to about a year ago, knew the name and address of the freeholder. She believes the freehold has been sold on but cannot get any information. She is anxious to be able to call the freeholder in the event of any major problem with the building. Is a freeholder obliged to provide name and contact details to leaseholders? BH
