Love's young dream jump on the property ladder in Ipswich | Easier

A recent survey by the Council of Mortgage lenders has stated that the average age of first time buyers has now risen to 37* meaning that more and more young people are being priced out of the property market.

However, one couple has beaten the trend and managed to buy their ideal home at Crest Nicholson’s Vista development in Ipswich 14 years ahead of the pack. Thanks to one of a range of incentives offered by the developer, Michelle Lord (23) and James Wilding (20) have moved into their very own two bedroom coach house.
