Q My sister and I have inherited the property where my father lives. He is entitled to live there until he dies. My sister is talking about moving in with him, which in some ways is great. However, I am concerned that should he die there may be problems about her leaving the house.
What's the best way to sort this kind of thing out? I'd rather set it up so there were no problems in the future as I can't afford to give up my half share in the house. CP
