Cambridge is bucking the trend when it comes to property prices, according to the city’s estate agents.
In the past 12 months, house prices in Cambridge have gone up by 11 per cent – while nationally there has been a rise of less than 1 per cent.
And from the peak of the market to the trough of the recession, prices in Cambridge fell by 16 per cent compared with a national average fall of more than 19 per cent.
