Will TV's X Factor help us get an extra £250,000 for our Mill Hill mansion? | Mail Online
The ITV1 show X Factor is all about the fulfillment of dreams, and that was certainly true for the developers who built the swanky North London villa where the latest contestants were housed.
Father and son Steve and Jamie Goldberg had been hoping to sell Tanglewood, a seven-bedroom, 6,000 sq ft mansion in Mill Hill for more than £5million when they began to build it in 2008.
But by the time it came to market at the end of 2009 it failed to sell at £3.5million, in spite of wow features such as an antique oak staircase, high-spec kitchen and panoramic views.
The property details are available on the blogspot immediately above(after) this one.
