Actress Rose McGowan's home listed on the market for $1.8 mln

Actress Rose McGowan's Spanish villa has been listed on the market for $1,849,000.

McGowan's Los Feliz community home, originally built in 1928, has a grand baronial style entry, step-down living room with vaulted beamed ceiling, peg-and-groove wood plank floors, and gorgeous arched windows.

The 4,278-square-foot house has family room with coffered ceilings and large formal dining room which is easily accessed from the gourmet kitchen.

The single family residence, set in a lot size of 6,900 square feet area, has three bedrooms up and one bedroom down including master suite that has ample closet space with a great balcony.

McGowan bought the walled and gated residence in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles in July of 2004 for $1,850,000, according to the property records.

The Los Feliz home has a long list of celebrity neighbors, including January Jones, Jon Hamm, Laura Prepon, and director David Fincher. Previous to living in Los Feliz, McGowan owned a Spanish-style casa in the historic Whiteley Heights 'hood in Hollywood.
