British Land sees 'realistic' property pricing - Telegraph
The FTSE 100 property company on Tuesday confirmed a £30m deal to buy Green Lanes Shopping Centre in Barnstaple, North Devon.
The centre is relatively small and located outside the UK's largest retail destinations, but British Land said it attracts 5.5m visitors a year and is almost fully let.
