While his younger brother Jonathan Ross lives it up in a £4 million detached mansion in Hampstead Garden Suburb – where his latest £500,000 renovation includes a remote-controlled loo seat – radio and TV presenter Paul Ross lives in a pretty four-bedroom cottage of far more modest proportions, and he is now downsizing.
Ross, 54, presents the BBC London 94.9 radio breakfast show with Gaby Roslin and is a showbiz reporter for ITV’s This Morning.

It was in this cottage that he played host to Rodney Marsh, Linda Lusardi, Lesley Joseph and Abi Titmuss on Channel 4’s Celebrity Come Dine With Me in 2009. ‘I came second from last, despite my wife leaving me minutely detailed recipe instructions,’ he says.

Paul’s property fortunes have, like his TV career, been rather more mixed than those of his younger brother and for the most part dictated by his relationships.
