Regional rents in recession, says DJD research | Online | Property Week
London continued to show healthy demand and positive rental growth in 2010, according to the Drivers Jonas Deloitte UK Key Cities Report, published today, while Birmingham, Leeds, Edinburgh, Manchester and Glasgow lagged behind.
The capital showed rental growth of 25% in the City and 21% in the West End, the report said, with only Manchester showing stable rents outside the capital.
