House prices in Wales have fallen further than anywhere else in the UK in the past 12 months, according to figures released yesterday.
Average costs fell 6.1% over the year to January, the Land Registry said. They fell 4.2% in January alone.
House prices in England and Wales combined recorded their first year-on-year fall for 15 months during January as the property market continued to come under pressure.
