Commercial property buyers 'moving away from the UK'
Germany is seen as the most attractive real estate opportunity in 2011 among investors, according to new research.
An increasing number of investors are choosing to put their money into commercial property in Germany, experts have claimed.
A report by CB Richard Ellis showed that the popularity of property financing in the UK has fallen significantly from 2010 levels, when 31 per cent of professionals in the sector were keen to put their money into British real estate.
