London commercial property 'vital to world standing' | Taylor Vinters

Meeting global demand for commercial property in the City of London is vital to maintaining the country's standing on the world stage, one expert has claimed.

Writing for City AM, Stuart Fraser, policy chairman at the City of London Corporation, said that being based in the Square Mile has "numerous advantages" which attract the globe's top firms.

However, he noted that there are also difficulties ahead, such as creating a "modern and sustainable" property offer and infrastructure amid the historic landmarks and "medieval" road network in the area.
