BBC News - Alderney marketed to house hunters across Britain
Two Guernsey estate agents are working together to encourage house hunters to consider moving to Alderney.
Bell and Co and Lovell and Partners are marketing it as a place with no purchasing restrictions yet the same beneficial tax structure as Guernsey.
Chris Lovell, from Lovell and Partners, said when it came to property you could get more for your money.
He said the northern most Channel Island was seen as an alternative to Guernsey due to cheaper housing costs.
