Savile Row rents now twice the price of a good suit - Telegraph
US hedge fund York Capital Management has paid £97.50 per sq ft for office space at 23 Savile Row, almost twice the price per sq ft of a suit from a tailor on the famous street.
York Capital has acquired 7,600 sq ft of office space with just 12 months rent free at the D2 Private development, which is seen as a bellwether for office demand in the West End.
