Scott Miller, of University Park in Dallas, Texas, has decided to advertise his five-bedroom home on the online advertising network Craigslist for $349,500.
The house has been on the market since Thursday and Mr Miller, a licensed real estate broker, says he has already had one bid meeting his asking price.
