UK Real Estate Losing Value

Prices for real estate in the UK have been falling since the global financial crisis shook the industry in 2008, and the trend continues. Many areas in the UK such as London, Northern Ireland and Scotland saw massive spikes in property values from 1996 through 2007, some even as high as 310% or more.
