Commercial Property News - Landlords 'believe it is a good time to acquire investment property'
A significant portion of British landlords believe now is the right time to splash out on investment property.
According to a survey conducted by LSL Property Services, some 49 per cent of those who rent out homes believe it is a good time to add to a real estate portfolio.
On the other hand, only one per cent of respondents felt the current situation should result in a reduction of property.
Perhaps one of the most significant reasons to invest in buy-to-let property is the belief of 68 per cent of landlords that tenant demand will grow over the next year.
