House Prices Fall By 4.2% In A Year | QCFP

Halifax reported that in May house prices fell at their fastest annual rate in 19 months because of the lack of house hunters.

The average house is now worth 4.2% less than it was a year ago based on the three months to the end of May this year compared to the same period last year. This is the largest annual drop since October 2009, with the average house price having now dropped to £160,519.
