IT’S probably no great surprise that the Land Registry house price figures show the very bottom end of the market as faring slightly better than the mid-range. This is a time when those keen to get on the house market are making do with the smallest and cheapest property as a first step.
Anything under £100,000 is going to be tempting to those struggling to raise enough for a deposit or find a mortgage they can afford.
