A snip at £60,000: Smallest beach hut in upmarket seaside town goes on the market | Mail Online

It has no mains water, gas or electricity, and council rules state that nobody can stay the night in it.
But while these facts may deter some first-time buyers, anyone interested in this 7sq ft wooden hut is being asked to pay an eye-watering £60,000.
The scruffy-looking beach ‘property’ – number 98B – is believed to have sat on the seafront of the upmarket town of Southwold, Suffolk, for more than 100 years.
