Phil Spencer, 41, is best known for co–presenting the Channel 4 property programmes Location, Location, Location and Relocation, Relocation with Kirstie Allsopp, as well as their latest holiday series Vacation, Vacation, Vacation. His new book, How to Buy Your First Home, is published by Vermilion. Kirstie and Phil's House Hunter app, containing tips for house buyers, is available on iTunes. He lives near Wandsworth Common, London, with his wife, Fiona, and their two boys, Jake, seven, and Ben, five.
