D2 is latest Irish firm to sell London property - Telegraph
D2 Private, an Irish property fund, has sold 11-12 St James's Square to the Malaysia Employees Property Fund (MEPF) which has assets of $112bn (£68bn) under management.
The building is the latest Irish-owned asset in London to change hands, with a string of properties still on the market, including the Citigroup tower at Canary Wharf, part-owned by Derek Quinlan, and Michael Whelan's 70 Gracechurch Street office block in the Square Mile.
