Premier League football stadiums push up house prices by 168pc - Telegraph
With the new football season kicking off this weekend, Halifax has revealed that those who live close to the action have scored a 168pc rise in their house prices since 2001 - that's £61 a day.
Properties around Manchester CIty's stadium have seen the biggest rise, with prices up by 350pc, even though the Etihad venue only opened in 2002.
