Renters' tenancy deposits rise by £125 in a year | Mail Online
Renters have seen the outlay of their tenancy deposit skyrocket in the last year, with the average taken in England and Wales rising from £985 to £1,110, research has found.

This means they may have to stump up for a new one without the financial backing of their previous deposit. As a result, renters are becoming more squeezed then ever when it comes to moving into a rental property
