Is an estate agent necessary for a successful house sale? | Money | The Guardian
We are selling our house and using an online service (it gets us on to Rightmove.co.uk) at a cost of £500 rather than the £5,000 a conventional agent would charge. Trouble is, we're not getting many viewings. Should we capitulate and go back to the (pricey) old-fashioned way?
