Premier League footballers are renowned for their huge weekly wages but most of them wouldn't come close to affording the rental price of a top notch London property during the Olympics.
Rents have skyrocketed in recent weeks and the hottest property currently on the market in London is in Angel where the landlord is charging a phenomenal £55,000 per week - around £30,000 higher than the average weekly wage of a top flight player.
However, there is a feeling that those property owners who are trying to cash in on the draw of the Olympics may have been a little too greedy.
