Qatar's royal family have renovated what could turn out to be Britain's most valuable private residence - after lavishing millions of pounds on a grade II-listed mansion now worth £200m.
Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, the emir of Qatar, has spent tens of millions on Dudley House in London's Park Lane since acquiring the sprawling property for £37.4m in 2006.
Now after extensively renovating the 185-year-old mansion, which boasts views stunning views across Hyde Park in central London, the gulf state royal is on the verge of turning the house into Britain's priciest property.
