For sale: World's most expensive one-bedroom flat... but only if you've got a spare £15 million | Mail Online

While many are struggling in the UK to get onto the property ladder, the world's most expensive one-bedroom flat has gone on the market in Japan - for nearly £15million.
The luxury apartment, in Tokyo, is being sold by Sotheby's Japan and is located in the Minamiazabu district, one of Japan’s most highly regarded areas.
For 1.8 billion yen, the flat's new owner will get a 412 square meter penthouse on the 10th floor and share an apartment block with some of Japan's wealthiest celebrities and upper class.
