A Surrey mansion that was owned by John Lennon during the 1960s has gone on the market for £15m.
The ex-Beatle lived at Kenwood mansion in the St George's Hill area of Weybridge in the mid to late 1960s.The musician is believed to have penned a number of songs for the classic Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band album at the 1.5 acre property.
Estate agent Knight Frank is handling the sale of the 1920s mansion which has six bedrooms and an indoor pool.
The property is described as a "luxuriously finished family home, formerly owned by John Lennon, set in about 1.5 acres of exquisite gardens".
