PADDINGTON'S oldest house, the 1824 Juniper Hall, is on the market for the first time in 28 years.
The mansion at 248 Oxford St is being sold by the National Trust, which bought it in 1984 after receiving a $750,000 state government grant to buy and restore the landmark.
The sale follows last year's call by the Trust for expressions of interest to redevelop the 188-year-old building, saying it would consider all options,
