There is a small piece of land at the rear of our house which hasn’t been used for many years. I would like to contact the owner, to ask if they would be prepared to sell the land to me. I have spoken to the Land Registry, but it has no information on its records. Does this mean the land does not have an owner?
Keith, Kent
