Oxford Homes Direct has been in business for three years & has served the needs of portfolio Landlords & property owners during this time by initially offering a ‘traditional’ range of property agency services which includes sales, rental, & management. During these testing times, economically, we have been committed to providing an excellent service at reasonable cost whilst at the same time maximising our client’s income from their properties during these leaner times.
One of the ways in which this has been achieved is by analysing our client’s property & land with a view to identifying the potential to increase its value, or income producing capability, by further development. Whilst initially this was intended to embrace local residential property we have, by natural progression, also been able to assist with commercial sites, acquisition of property/ land, sales of property/ land, & very importantly obtaining planning permission on various projects throughout the region. As a consequence Oxford Homes Direct now have very good relations with an increasing number of medium to large developers wanting to purchase, or take options on land, throughout the South East.
This is an area we wish to expand upon in 2011 & we are very keen to talk too clients that may have a need, either now or in the near future, for these services in order that we can establish their needs & suggest ways in which we can possibly help in opening up more opportunities for them. As stated earlier our commitment is in providing an independent service at a very competitive rate in order to retain & maintain long term professional working relationships.
