AGAINST the backdrop of the worst downturn since the 1930s, Scotland's housing market held up well - certainly compared with other parts of the UK. But the resilience seen during the recession hasn't been carried through into the recovery.
With households still battling strong headwinds, a quick rebound is unlikely, but key supports remain in place and should guard against another lurch lower
