HOME owners will see the value of their properties soar by nearly £10,000 this year as more buyers come on to the market, experts predict.
The number of new buyers rose to an eight-month high in March, pushing the price of the average home up by £1,305 since the start of 2011.
Since December 2010, house prices have risen by £1,733 with the average property now worth £197,153.
