Phil Spencer’s on hand to help clean up Middle Brook Street in Winchester, as they prepare for their street party to celebrate the wedding of Wills of Kate tomorrow. The male half of the property dream team speaks about preparation for the royal wedding street parties, flirting with Kirsty and his favourite parts of the world.

What are your tips for preparing for street parties and cleaning up after the occasion?

I think the main thing is getting everybody involved. It’s a great chance to get everybody out into our streets and communities so we can work together and have a jolly good time. We’ve got a fantastic reason to celebrate. Today we’ve got a whole bunch of people helping out including the local neighbours and kids from the local school. Middle Brook Street won Kärcher’s “Clean Britain’s Streets” campaign, which over 400 people applied to for their streets.
