Jelena Kiselova, auburn and with cheek bones to die for, is a revolutionary. Not the missile-throwing, public-building-climbing kind, but the determined, quiet kind, who wants to change to the world, little by little.

Jelena lives in Borough, south London, completed her degree at Coventry in Environmental Management two years ago, and is on a mission to help neighbours reduce their fuel bills. She has done it before, in a 70-flat tower block in her native Latvia where, with a little bit of training and the promise of a £250 prize for the winner, residents reduced their fuel bills by an average of 22 per cent (about £100 reduction).
