It may not have found its way into the Oxford English Dictionary yet, but “gazanging” – sellers changing their minds and deciding not to sell after accepting an offer – seems to be here to stay. In the first six months of 2011 alone, an estimated 54,000 buyers were “gazanged” as sellers got cold feet about selling or simply decided to stay put until the economy improves.
