3,250 affordable houses to be Built, Make a Quick Property Sale | QCFP

Homeowners that have been trying to sell their properties via conventional methods could be facing more problems shortly, and are being urged to sell house fast. As a part of its strategy to deal with the housing crisis, the government has announced plans to build 3,250 new homes. These homes will target persons within lower income brackets, in a bid to make housing more affordable for them. The National Housing Federation or NHF has noted the government’s efforts, and recognizes their merits, but the federation is still calling for more homes to be built.

According to the federation’s chief executive, Mr. David Orr: “Ministers need to be bolder and go much further to fix the broken housing market.”
