Thanks to Kourtney and Kim Kardashian, the answer may be as much as $195,000, judging by the price of a penthouse atop the stylish Smyth TriBeCa on West Broadway.
At the peak of the real-estate boom in 2007, the two-bedroom penthouse on the 14th floor of 85 West Broadway was listed for $4.8 million. The listing disappeared when the market tanked, only to reappear a few years later at the same price.
But after the two Kardashian sisters stayed in a penthouse at the hotel while filming their reality TV show "Kourtney and Kim Take New York," the apartment came back on the market a few weeks ago with a premium price of $4.995 million.
