A historic mill owner has been forced to advertise his 700-year-old home for sale on eBay after falling on hard times.
Mike Kilgannon put the property in Rossett, north Wales, for sale for a knock-down price of £1.25million in the hope of conducting a quick deal.
Having been told his historic home would be the subject of a repossession order if he failed to make a quick sale, 68-year-old Mr Kilgannon placed it on the auction site with the tag 'buy it now'.
