Conveyancing: House prices 'to rise by £10,000 in 2011'
Those conducting an online conveyancing search, or enlisting the property services of a specialist company, may be interested to hear that UK prices are expected to increase in 2011.
According to investment firm Assetz, British property owners will see their residential buildings rise in value by almost £10,000 this year, due to a shortage of affordable homes hitting the market.
Low interest rates and higher rental charges are also thought to be driving house prices towards an increase, which the experts believe could be around the five per cent mark.
