Foreign property investors told to get independent lawyer
Having an independent lawyer is vital when signing property deals abroad, it has been said.
Commercial property investors have been advised to get an independent lawyer to oversee their real estate purchases.
Presenter of A Place in the Sun Amanda Lamb has told people looking to buy property abroad that it is important to seek legal advice first.
"That's the most important thing that you can do," she stated.
"Don't use the lawyer that the developer recommends, don't use the lawyer that the estate agent recommends, go and get one completely separately," Lamb added.
