THE LICENCE holder of a multi-million pound North East property empire has been deemed “not fit and proper” to run a major part of her business.
Helen Clark, director of Clark Residential, lost her licence less than four years after her then husband, Jonathan, admitted having a quantity of Class A drugs at his Tyneside home.
