Twitter eyes Facebook's former office space on Madison Avenue | The Real Deal | New York Real Estate News
Twitter has completed its search for Manhattan headquarters and will sublease Facebook's former space at 340 Madison Avenue, sources told the Observer. Facebook vacated the property in December to pursue a larger space -- as much as 150,000 square feet -- down the block at 335 Madison Avenue. Twitter previously had small offices in Soho. It's using broker Clayton Kline of Jones Lang LaSalle to help land the 11,000-square-foot office. The property is owned by RXR Realty, which bought the building for $570 million last April.
