Property investment was never meant to be plain sailing. But, for landlords who have successfully ridden the storms of the credit crunch, the sun is starting to shine again.
The latest research from letting agency network LSL Property Services, revealed the average monthly rent in England and Wales sat at £684 in February – a 0.2% rise on the previous month and 3.9% higher than a year ago.
