Designed to assist anyone planning on renovating a property, the free app, 'Home Made' provides the user with a budget of renovation costs which are calculated and generated in seconds.
Home Made enables anyone to start their renovation planning better-informed and prepared in three fast, self-explanatory steps. Users simply type in the details of the property they want to renovate, then choose the works required from a full list which includes items from painting and decorating and wall finishes, a kitchen or bathroom renovation to a basement dig or loft conversion. The clever application then calculates a complete overview of the cost of the project, including renovation costs overall and per sq ft / sq m, financing costs and stamp duty fees for buyers.
