Mick Norcross is reportedly having trouble selling his Essex mansion.
The Only Way Is Essex star put his home on the market eight months ago with a £3.4million price tag.
However, it is still available with apparently no offers placed on the property.
It has been claimed that estate agents want the nightclub owner to drop the price, but Mick is apparently refusing to budge on price.
Norcross has had lots of people viewing the house, but sources have suggested that many have been TOWIE fans.
A friend told The People: "Mick reckons the house is worth the money and he is sticking to his guns."
