House prices continued to fall in July, as they have done now for two years on its measure, according to the latest Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors report.
It forecast more falls for the coming months and one of the main reasons is the lack of availability of home loans at reasonable rates. The organisation warned once again that realistic pricing was the key to selling in the tough market.
