We have promoted our company across a host of independent review sites. The great aspect of review sites is that, in the large part, they are free. More and more, people don't just want to see your website but, instead of seeking your advertising, they want to know what experiences other people had when using your company.
We have also been incredibly active online socially building good followers on Facebook and Twitter, running a local news blog, posting weekly industry news posts and running a series of monthly e-newsletters.
We started the company with very little capital but had very ambitious plans for growth. We were also adamant that, where possible, we didn´t want to borrow money to achieve this either. As a result we have constantly reinvested back into the company - learning a lot along the way. Probably our greatest investment was recently made during six months of research and development of our new website that launched earlier this year. We have seen site traffic more than double since its launch, greater local awareness and greater client engagement.
