First time home buyer case study: Amy Beringer Smith - Telegraph
There are few 22 year-olds quite as focused on buying their first property as Amy Beringer Smith, who began putting aside a sum from her salary each month from the moment she received her first pay cheque.
“My parents were amazed, but I thought if I got into the habit of spending everything I earn, I'd never be able to save. I didn’t trust myself,” says Amy, who moved to London straight after graduating to begin her job as a marketing consultant.
